How it'd interact with the eldritch scrapper in regards to replaced bloodline powers is a bit iffy though, and you'd want to be sinking some feats into prestigious spellcaster to keep your casting up (though unlike evangelist you can potentially not lose any casting to the prestige class). Another option would be to consider going for the draconic bloodline rather than elemental (lower spell selection ,though you could go for wayang spellhunter+elemental spell to get cold fireballs again, and the cold spells you'd have would hit harder) which gets you some natural armor to help defenses and more importantly opens up the dragon disciple prestige class with its large hit die, str and con boost, and even more natural armor. It might be worth considering the evangelist prestige class (especially if a deity like Desna or Rovagug fits the character), as while you lose a spellcaster level it does get you 3/4 BAB and progresses your class features. Between CHA to AC, mage armor, a bit of dex, potentially shield, and eventually more defensive buffs (mirror image, blur, displacement, etc) you should be able to keep yourself alive, and str has better offensive potential (you don't need a feat and item to get str to attack and damage, you can potentially get 1.5xstr to damage with dragon style and ferocity, and there are better buff spells for a str style with enlarge person, monstrous physique, giant form, etc). You could potentially go heavy on dex which would make the defense side of things more reliable (though you'd want to be getting an agile amulet of mighty fists asap if you do), I'd actually suggest sticking with a str based approach.
You'd likely want to be dipping a level in scaled fist unchained monk, as while that does delay casting by a level it gets you improved unarmed strike, flurry of blows (the unchained version, so no accuracy penalty), stunning fist, another potentially useful feat from a list, and most importantly CHA to AC.
If you specifically want to use sorcerer, that can be made to work, but getting actual martial competence will be tricky, since with the poor BAB and lack of other supporting class features, eldritch scrapper is generally better for flexibly picking up defensive feats like deflect arrows for instance than for picking up offensive options in my opinion.

For more "blasty" options there's flurry of snowballs and dragon's breath, and you could potentially take the magical lineage or wayang spellhunter trait for a different blast (fireball or lightning bolt for instance) to make the elemental spell feat free to allow converting that to cold. Free improved unarmed strike again, can empower the unarmed strikes with arcane pool points, and can deliver chilly spells like chill touch (yes, it's negative energy rather than cold, but it has chill in the name), frostbite, or frigid touch. This can also be stacked with VMC monk (probably one of the only times that's worth considering), since you don't have too much demand for feats and that gets you scaling base damage (to go along with the scaling kinetic fist damage), a ki pool (which can be spent on extra attacks since you have flurry of blows), and eventually an AC boost.įor a bit more magical focus, you could consider an esoteric magus. Unfortunately that doesn't leave too many options for that particular element, with your best bet being cold with spindle infusion into eventually blizzard (by taking expanded element into air at level 7) for torrent, cloud, and cyclone infusions. There is potential for ice blasting as the archetype still allows standard kinetic blasts assuming a form infusion that doesn't require an attack roll is used.
